1 Introduction
In the past, the production of various models completely relied on manual cutting and bonding by humans. The entire production process was labor-intensive, time-consuming and low-precision. Now, whether it is cumbersome Chinese-style doors and windows, flower rails, or modern high-rise buildings, with the engraving machine, the processing becomes easy and fast, and the production effect is more delicate and beautiful. It should be said that it is the advanced productivity that creates all this. .
2 Process introduction
The computer engraving machine consists of three parts: computer, engraving machine controller and engraving machine YSA spindle. Its working principle is: design and typesetting are carried out through the special engraving software configured in the computer, and the computer automatically transmits the design and typesetting information to the engraving machine controller, and then the controller converts the information into the information that can drive the servo motor. The signal with power (pulse train) controls the engraving machine host to generate the X, Y, Z axis of the engraving tool path base path. At the same time, the high-speed rotating YSA high-speed spindle motor on the engraving machine cuts the processing material fixed on the host table through the tool configured according to the processing material to realize the automatic engraving operation.
The picture shows the working flow chart of the engraving machine. Among them, the graphics input part is to process and organize the graphics to be engraved into digital graphics files that can be recognized by the computer through the processing of the engraving software, so as to control the automatic operation of the processing machinery. The second part is the data processing part, which uses the computer to further process the graphic files processed and sorted out by the engraving software into electrical signals that can control the action of the processing machinery. The third is the automatic control of the processing process, and the engraving machine executes computer instructions to complete the graphic engraving process. In the whole processing process, the operator is only responsible for inputting the processing data, loading and unloading the workpiece and monitoring the processing process. Other tasks are automatically completed by the engraving machine equipment, which is very simple and labor-saving.

3 Overview of the engraving machine
The current water-cooled spindle mainly uses a rotation speed of 18,000 rpm for power engraving, which has complex system structure and lack of precision. At the same time, the water circulation system is faulty, and there is a risk of damage to the spindle motor. At the same time, the precision is low and the engraving efficiency is not improved. In this case, the YSA air-cooled spindle high-speed motor is obviously greatly improved in terms of speed and accuracy.
Mould engraving machine is mainly used for processing and production of various advertising crystal characters, signboards, badges, department cards, architectural models, rulers, small metal, wooden moulds, stone lettering, furniture production and relief sculpture.
The mold engraving machine requires the spindle to have low circular runout and small axial force and deformation. Therefore, improving the bearing system of the spindle motor and the assembly system process are the core of the equipment spindle components.

4 equipment composition

Spindle system: YSA air-cooled integrated engraving and milling motorized spindle is adopted, which is driven by a special high-frequency inverter.
Feed drive system: ball screw, elastic coupling, linear guide, servo drive system.
5 Conclusion
The application of the YSA air-cooled electric spindle high-speed motor on the engraving machine, as a high-precision and high-efficiency execution device, has great significance for improving the accuracy of the whole machine. The YSA air-cooled spindle has the advantages of low circular runout, good axial force resistance, low noise, and IP54 protection level, which has great advantages in the engraving machine industry.
