Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for offline client development of servo power heads, drilling and tapping equipment, and automation parts, covering factory clients in Chongqing, Sichuan, and the Pearl River Delta.

  2. Handle client needs, conduct on-site surveys of equipment processing solutions, provide quotations, engage in business negotiations, and manage order payment terms (maximum payment term of 3 months).

  3. Maintain relationships with existing clients, follow up on after-sales service, repeat purchases, and referrals, and build a stable local client channel.

  4. Collaborate with the operations team to handle clients sourced from online platforms, complete the full process of lead conversion and contract signing.

  5. Follow up with overseas clients in Vietnam, collaborate to establish a two-way sales channel between China and Vietnam, and complete overseas order coordination.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of sales experience in industrial machinery, automation, or hardware and auto parts equipment; knowledge of machining and machine tool accessories is preferred.

  2. Willing to take short business trips (within Sichuan-Chongqing area and around Shenzhen), with the ability to independently develop clients and conduct business negotiations.

  3. Familiar with the production needs of processing factories; ability to understand basic parameters of lead screws and power heads is preferred.

  4. Strong sense of purpose, excellent stress tolerance, willing to deeply cultivate the automation industry long-term;

  5. No prior foreign trade experience required; the company provides Vietnamese customer resource support.

  1. Salary structure: Unconditional base salary + high commission + deal bonus + annual dividend, no upper limit;

  3. Training: Full product technical training, sales negotiation skills, foreign trade business process guidance;

  4. Promotion: Sales Specialist → Sales Supervisor → Regional Manager, independently responsible for regional market.
