Responsible for the overall operation of short video platforms (Douyin / WeChat Video Channel / Bilibili), including content planning, filming, and editing for industrial automation products;
Create product promotional graphics and AI short videos (with compliant AI material labeling), publish real-shot content of spindles and servo power heads to attract factory procurement and foreign trade clients for inquiries;
Set up Facebook Business Suite, complete product catalogs and detail pages, configure call-to-action buttons to handle inquiries from overseas Vietnamese clients;
Optimize keyword layout and short video traffic, identify precise industrial client leads, and simultaneously assign them to sales for follow-up and conversion;
Collect client inquiry data from platforms, review traffic conversion effectiveness, and continuously optimize lead generation content and advertising strategies;
Handle product image retouching: image upscaling, equipment scene modification, bilingual (Chinese-English) graphic layout, and WeChat Moments promotional design.

At least 1 year of online operation experience in B2B industrial products, with skills in short video editing and basic graphic design;
Experience with Facebook Business Suite, foreign trade lead generation, and online promotion of mechanical equipment is preferred;
Able to independently plan short videos for industrial products, use AI tools to generate materials, and understand platform AI content compliance rules;
Basic understanding of simple parameters of automation equipment (e.g., electric spindles, power heads), able to write professional product copy;
Proficient in data analysis, able to adjust operational direction based on inquiry data, smooth communication, and collaborate with the sales team to acquire customers.
